Avid Reader
Avid Reader opened at 173 Boundary Street in September 1997 when Fiona Stager, Kevin Guy, Verdi Guy and Colleen Mullin decided that West End needed a bookstore specialising in new, quality fiction and non-fiction. Since then Avid Reader has grown from strength to strength with the help of our valued customers and great staff.
Avid moved to 193 Boundary Street in 2004. Avid has frequent in-store events including book launches, signings, various book clubs and introductory nights for fledgling and established book clubs.
Over the years they have won a number of local business awards and national bookselling awards. Avid was named Australian Bookshop of the Year at the Australian Book Industry Awards 2021.

Tendered
Tendered was started in Brisbane, Australia in 2019. Born out of a desire to win work for clients, they found a real need for quality operators in the market. Since, Tendered has experienced significant year-on-year growth. With a team of over 20 staff, supported by a large consultancy and supplier base, they've grown to become a global leader in tendering.
